摘要:

随着营养学和遗传学的深入发展,人们也越来越关注营养与遗传的交叉研究,因而出现了一些新的学科,如营养基因组学(Nutrigenomics)、营养遗传学(Nutrigenetics)和表观遗传学(Epigenetics)等。这些学科将营养和遗传因素综合起来考虑二者对动物生长发育的调节作用,更加全面地探索动物生长发育的机理。本文主要讨论目前表观遗传中的DNA甲基化机理,以及动物生长发育过程中不同营养素对DNA甲基化的影响。

Abstract:

With the further development of nutriology and genetics,more and more concerns have been raised on new subjects such as nutrigenomics,nutrigenetics and epigenetics.These subjects comprehensively consider the effect of nutrient and genetic factors on the regulation of animal growth and development,and further explore the growth and development mechanism of animals.This paper focused on the mechanism of DNA methylation and the influences of nutrients on DNA methylation during growth and development in animals.
